to me it wusnt really like a camp camp la.
more of a track-people-slack-and-work-our-asses-of-tgt session :P

whoa training wus a killer both days man.
mon wus 12min thing and 200m x 6 cycles with time limits plus random plyometrics.
tues at 645 am [yeh AM] we had a 40min run.
supposed to be 5 mins more la.
but we were kinda dead already so yeh.
ran around clementi and aye and random hdb flats lol
