yay finally got to watch the days@vivo

but quite funny-ish.
not so much the movie, but what happened during HAHAHA
showed nature pwnz nurture.

but after our movie, we went out to the water fountain-ish place to defrost and we saw the quirkiest thing.
i'll try and get pics and upload them but all i can say for now is that it involves faceless people in wigs constantly looking at their watches and posing and freaking little kids out.

finally done with english interview.
was actually quite... okay-ish?

totally botched noon.
i was supposed to meet bb to study.
i remembered we agreed on parkway.
but apparently he said he switched to raffles city cos it'd have been inconvenient for me.
and that message didnt get through to me on msn.
so there i was at parkway, and him at raffles city LOL
gosh.
but i cabbed over and we ended up shopping instead.
ugh we spent about 250bucks together la.
power shoppers can.
but he spent bulk of it hehe cos gg smart, gg only buy 50% off club marc products.

and its soooo annoying that the city's like... not accessible by bus/cars cos of the F1 thing this weekend.

friends so far: season5 episode8
been slowing down cos naughty me procrastinated and had like 10 newspaper articles due on friday PLUS a chem lab report hurrhurr.
but its over and done.

WHOOHOO ITS WORKING ITS WORKING.
heh.
ok so i won't be able to fast from now till abt next thurs/fri, so whoever wants to make a date with ameera before hari raya please do so asap, planner filling up fast HAHA
was kinda anticipated about donating blood today, but i got a surprise at the stroke of midnight... and couldn't.
so yeah, next week perhaps.
girl's already at season3 episode18 of friends.
so suck that.
and next week's real packed.
i'm talking math common test, chem nmr quiz, 2 chem reports due, math tutorial 4 due, prep for econs @ nus, financial math ass 4 n 5 (but its cool heh)
so yeah.
if i seem stressed, its THESE plus plus.
and yesterday it just struck me how fortunate i am to be where i am (financially and emotionally) and i realise i shouldn't complain too much.
so i did a pretty awesome thing (i'm secretly proud of myself)
and definitely more to come.
and the internship program for year 6 this year, well...
this would be the first and last ever at nus high.
or so sources tell me.
so year 5s, sorry guys...
no 2-day school week for you next year darls.

ahh so its been a whole week of fasting.
still going strong.
its actually pretty fun fasting.
you won't feel so nauseatingly full ALL the time.
your body uses the spare energy from the lack of digestion to cleanse your system.
you get to feel a sense of satisfaction after a whole day of temptations (ie. awesome food smells but knowing you can only eat post 7pm)
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, (for people like me who spend like >80% of allowance on food)
is that you get to save money of course.
cos the daddy still gives me allowance.
and i don't have to buy lunch/snacks (which, believe me, cost... ALOT.)
so yeah.
its money saved (:
and then hari raya puasa comes and you start stuffing yourself with food and money.
awesomeness.
anw the holidays have been...
practically non-existant.
i mean, my regular school days are kind of like a holiday already.
but i did do productive stuff k!
like jamming on tuesday (was fun and funny haha)
and going to world scientific (bobby n jas's internship company) to interview people for english project (shocked or what HUH HUH HUH :D)
and... cooking.
yeah, the easiest way to fast is to be really really busy so you won't even notice you're hungry.
and tuition's been really good HAHA
me n dd's mom are on recipe-exchange-terms already.
and she's been feeding me with brownies since 2 weeks ago, cos she's been making them for people.
what better tutee (and mom) can i ask for...
and aaaagggggghhhhhhhh
bb's so lucky he has tons of strings to pull (hurrhurr)
but its good.
